Adam Nolan’s practice spans all areas of insurance law and personal injuries litigation.

In all matters and with all clients, Adam adopts a flexible approach. He recognises that the law is not a one-size-fits-all prospect, that every matter requires careful consideration and close consultation with clients, and that solutions to legal problems must be carefully tailored to the client’s individual circumstances.

Adam has appeared as counsel in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts of Western Australia, Workcover WA, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, State Administrative Tribunal and Coroner’s Court.
