Anthony Crocker

Anthony has developed a strong general practice over nearly three decades at the Bar. His work has a particular focus on medical litigation, disciplinary work, especially for health professionals, coronial inquests, commercial litigation, insurance and personal injury.

Anthony predominately, although not exclusively, practises in SA and WA. He undertakes a variety of trial and appellate work. He is also a respected negotiator and regularly involved in exploring alternative dispute resolution processes.

A passion for all sports underpins his considerable experience in sporting disputes, as both the Tribunal and advocate.  Anthony is a former Code of Conduct Commissioner for Cricket Australia and has worked across a wide range of sports in disciplinary matters and dispute resolution.

Anthony is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Sports Lawyers’ Association (ANZSLA.) He has presented on a variety of topics locally, nationally and internationally, as well as being published. Anthony is also a member of the Asia Pacific Coroners Society.

Legal education is also a keen interest. Anthony has been a member of the coaching faculty in advocacy programs for Bar Readers in SA and WA for many years, and Course Co-ordinator for the Adelaide-based courses in 2014 and 2016. Anthony has undertaken significant post graduate study and has just completed an LLM from the University of Melbourne.

Anthony is available to accept briefs in both Perth and Adelaide, with no travel or accommodation requirements.
