James Nagle

James Nagle specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with particular experience in corporations law, corporate insolvency, contract law, personal property securities related matters, class actions, consumer law, equity and trusts.

James has appeared as counsel in Western Australian and Federal Courts, and at mediations.

James began his legal career in 2014 as Research Associate to the Hon. Justice Pullin and the Hon. Justice Murphy in the Court of Appeal, before working as a solicitor in the Perth offices of Herbert Smith Freehills.

Prior to joining the Bar, James was a senior associate in the disputes team of King & Wood Mallesons in Perth.

James has a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction from the University of Western Australia; ARITA Advanced Certification (Advanced Insolvency) from the University of Technology Sydney; and is currently studying a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne.
