After completing a Bachelor of Philosophy and subsequently a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Justin commenced a career in criminal law joining the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for Western Australia in 2014.

Justin continued practicing at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions as a State Prosecutor from 2015 before electing to join the Independent Bar in 2021.

As an experienced trial lawyer Justin has expertise in a wide range of criminal offences and frequently appears in the District Court and Magistrates Court jurisdictions in Perth as well as other regional areas around Western Australia.

Justin regularly appears as counsel in trials, bail applications, directions hearings and sentencing matters across all jurisdictions in Western Australia.
