Peter MacMillan
Peter MacMillan’s practice includes trial and appellate work, mediation and advice in a range of areas, particularly equity, trusts and probate. He appears regularly in the Superior Courts.
His working relationship with instructing solicitors is generally easy and informal, as is his relationship with their clients.

Peter is and has been for a number of years a member of the Attorney General’s Committee reviewing Estate legislation, and a Visiting Fellow at the University of Western Australia.
