Pip Honey

Pip Honey specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration.  Since being admitted to practice in 2010, she has acquired particular expertise in contract law, competition and consumer law, corporations law and banking and finance.

She has represented clients in all Courts, mainly in the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court of Western Australia and the District Court of Western Australia.

Having worked for a range of clients – including banks, major and mid-tier mining companies, construction companies and private individuals – Pip understands the importance of tailoring a litigation strategy to reach a commercial outcome.

Prior to coming to the Independent Bar, Pip was a Senior Associate in Lavan’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team.
