Tom has particular experience and expertise in the areas of corporate and personal insolvency, personal property securities, contractual and commercial disputes, equity, and banking litigation. Tom’s clients have ranged from individuals and small businesses to large listed companies, liquidators, and trading banks.

Before being called to the bar, Tom was a special counsel in HWL Ebsworth’s commercial litigation team.
