On behalf of everyone at Francis Burt Chambers I warmly congratulate Mark Ritter SC on his well-deserved appointment as a Judge of the District Court of Western Australia.
Mark was admitted to practice in WA in December 1985, and appointed Senior Counsel in 2004. He was a member of Wickham Chambers from 1995 to 2005, and Acting President of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission from 2005 to 2009. Mark joined Francis Burt Chambers on his return to the Bar in February 2010.
Mark’s appointment takes effect from 1 February 2023.
