Simon was elected to the Parliament of Western Australia in 2017 and is returning to legal practice after two terms as a member of parliament and proud of what he was able to achieve in that time.
Delaney has practised as a barrister and solicitor for nearly 25 years with a strong focus on civil and criminal litigation. Appearing as an advocate, both as junior and lead counsel, across all the various State courts and Tribunals.
