Francis Burt Chambers is pleased to welcome Tom Langdon who commenced as a new member of our Chambers this month.
Before being called to the bar, Tom was special counsel in HWL Ebsworth’s commercial litigation team and has regularly appeared in the Supreme and District Courts of Western Australia and in the Federal Court, including in appellate proceedings.
He has particular experience and expertise in the areas of corporate and personal insolvency, personal property securities, contractual and commercial disputes, equity, and banking litigation.
