Francis Burt Chambers has congratulated Rachel Cosentino on her appointment as Senior Commissioner of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
The Minister for Industrial Relations, Stephen Dawson also announced the appointment of Stephen Kenner as the new Chief Commissioner of the Industrial Relations Commission, and added that Mr Kenner and Ms Cosentino were excellent choices to hold the two most senior positions in the Commission.
Ms Cosentino joined Francis Burt Chambers in 2018 and quickly achieved a busy and diverse practice specialising in industrial and employment law.
Before coming to the Bar, she was a partner at Gibson & Gibson until 2013 and between 2013 and 2018 led Slater & Gordon’s General Law division in Perth.
With her long experience and undoubted expertise in the area there is no doubt Rachel will make a tremendous contribution to the work of the Commission. She joins the Commission on 8 June 2021 with our very best wishes.
