Francis Burt Chambers congratulates Sarah Oliver who has been appointed to the Magistrates Court along with Cillian Stockdale, Matthew Holgate and Michelle Harries.
Sarah joined Chambers in May 2018 and has served as a member of the Board since September 2020. She has appeared as counsel in the Federal Court, Supreme Court and Administrative Appeals Tribunal, was previously the Principal Federal Prosecutor (Complex Litigator) at the office of the Commonwealth DPP, and has significant experience in Commonwealth and State criminal and administrative law matters.
Sarah takes up her appointment on 18 August 2021, with the good wishes of all at Francis Burt Chambers.
